Rainy day...

It is pouring rain here right now.

'C' had an orthodontist appointment yesterday, her last one with this doctor. She still wears her temporary retainers because they hold better than the permanent one (temporary is like invisalign braces). I had them make her two pair a while back and they had to re-do the top one. Well it still wasn't fitting right to her so we told the doctor yesterday and they are remaking it. She'll eventually just wear the permanent at night, but since it was her bite not misaligned teeth she will wear them all day a little longer. For some reason bites tend to shift easier.

'C' went out with friends a little while the other day and they gave her a shark beanie baby (remember those) and they gave me one too....an armadillo...

Take care,
Sheila

  4. We have not only had rain every
day but high in the 90's. When
I have to go out I don't stay long.
Glad you are doing well. Hello to
the family. When are you moving?

  5. I never really thought about the bite being off. None of my kids ever had to wear braces, or retainers, but now they are on so many young peoples teeth. My grandaughter wore them and I sure didn't think she needed them but her dad says they have had a really good results.
