Well it has been awhile hasn’t it? We are still here and doing fine. I’ve been trying to get some of my books read. I bought a couple of Christmas ones that I didn’t get to read until after Christmas, but I still enjoyed them, especially one called ‘The Christmas Pearl’. I am reading one now that I got from my Sister-in-law Iliana at Christmas…it’s a fiction book based on the family of Jacob from the bible called ‘The Red Tent’. I am really enjoying it too. I think Cori is going to read it when I am done, then we can take it home for Mom to read this summer. I have been keeping up with all my blogs, just been sporadic about commenting.
Jarin and Cori both had doctor visits with cold this past month. Jarin had to go back to the Ophthalmologist after her headaches and vision problems came back. She went last Friday for an MRI and MRV with and without contrast. She’s been through it all before, just has to be done to diagnose and treat since it’s been so long since her last time. But prayers are always welcome.
It’s beginning to look and feel like spring here. 80’s today, 70’s tomorrow then I think back into the 50’s for Sunday. So I thought it was time to give up winter and bring on the flowers. But I'll be back snow dancing come next winter...ha.
Riding around a couple of weekends ago we found a nice seafood restaurant in Advance…we noticed after we came out that there was a steak house close by too.
Okay I’ll close for now,
Take care,
Sheila
Pretty header. Prayers said. I know what it is to have to be still having MRI's with and without contrast.
ReplyDeleteHi Sheila, I like your new look on here. Hope all goes well with Jarin.
ReplyDeleteSame with Paula and kathy, hope all goes well.
ReplyDeleteIt is good to have spring, we had a day of it and it spoiled us. Looking forward to more. There are still mountains of snow but they are disappearing.
I, too, have been reading some good books. I am taking time to sit and read while here.
I am working on a Tom Clancey now.
Take care and hope you have a great weekend.
Love from Ann Arbor and the hospital
