Thought I'd share a few pictures.
Jarin's birthday cake...she had to get Iron man because
they didn't have Capt. America...no matter, she loves them all...ha.
One of her gifts was a new bedding set.
One of her gifts was a new bedding set.
Cori's portrait of The Joker in icing...
Some harvested peppers...cooked the bells in baked beans.
Couple of days later got 7 more bells and lots of jalepena,
cayenne and others that look like pepperoncini.
Hubby grilled steak last Sunday so we cooked those bells
on the grill.
My two 'refusing to completely die' tomato plants.
Above the Roma, below the celebrity...
When I took Rylie out yesterday morning, I saw something lying under the pine tree. I thought it was a cat at first, but soon realized it was a young fox. It finally decided to head back to the woods. Wish I had thought to get my camera. Maybe next time I'll catch a pic.
Oh, and I ran out of luck, they changed me over to the new blogger... : (
Have a great weekend everyone,
Sheila

Nice pictures, beautiful cake.
ReplyDeleteI love bell peppers any way they are fixed, fresh or cooked.
Your blog is nice. I love scarecrows. I don't know why, but scarecrows always, absolutely always takes me back to Mrs. Ashford's 3rd grade art class. Good memories.
Good week-end to you too. Your blog looks so pretty and fallish.
ReplyDeleteAw shucks, a Fall blog! Pretty neat. Love the pictures, but sad the tomato plants. I pulled our last green tomatoes and covered my Small 4x4 garden.
ReplyDeleteI think that is a neat Joker.
Top, that is a beautiful cake!!!
Have a great weekend. Looks like some storms headed up your way.
Love from down here....
So you got caught by the blogger, to. The cake is making me hungry. Those tomato plants look very sad. I like peppers and use mostly the green pepper's. I put some in the chili I made last week. Would have used the red peppers if I had them. I thawed it out and warmed it up for supper last night and it was even better. The flavors all blend more when it sits for a while.
ReplyDeleteLove the cake!!! I finally done away with my tomatoes plants as they were almost dead too. I love using bell peppers in food!
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend Sheila. Just wanted to say hi.
ReplyDeleteWow...looks like your garden did way better than mine. Nice peppers!!!
ReplyDeleteSo, how do you like the new blogger??
Hugs,
