I asked for snow not sleet...

Well the Christmas stuff is gone from inside the house. After a week of rain and a little snow, I was finally able to get the boxes out of the shed to store the Christmas stuff. We might get a mix of sleet, snow tomorrow. Hoping it's mostly snow...a lot.... : D A girl can dream can't she?

Well I started this on Thursday but had writers block...ha. We got mostly sleet and ice on Friday.

Oh well, Shirl, we're going to have to snow dance a little harder before our next chance of snow. I must have danced some wrong moves and got sleet instead...ha. I'll practice so I'll be ready for next time.
Lucy, I had to change the snowman background I had previously, for some reason it quit showing up (you didn't have anything to do with it did you?  ha ha :D). Got to enjoy my snowmen while I can, it will be spring before we know it. Maybe next time we can get the snow all the way to Paula, Jack and Mama... :D

Take care,
Sheila

  1. Would welcome the snow for a while but I think it was 80 degrees here yesterday so I guess it would melt fast. Your winter blog is very pretty.

  2. WOW do you hear Paula complaining! LOL Sorry you didn't get your snow, but I think you got the reason, it was that move in the wrong direction!!! The pictures are scary slick. Be careful, enough broken bones in the family!!!

  5. I try to dance a little each day. You got
more precipitation than us. We got ice I don't think the weather likes our dancing.

Hope you and the family are doing good. I just
got my Christmas items back in place today. I will speak to the weather man and let him know we are two dancing girls..dancing for snow.

  7. Snow is gone but the western part of the state is blizzard conditions. Would you even welcome New York's weather? Better go. Hubby is up.

  8. Sheila we got almost 4 inches. The minute
it started snowing I put my dance shoes on
and danced as hard as I could. Maybe we
should put boots on when we start dancing.
Next time I will try that and let you know
if it helps. The snow is all gone only stayed
    2 days.
