When the snow first started sticking, you can see a little of the snow falling in the door and under it.
The next morning in front of house...
Looking down the road, I think that is my neighbors footprints from walking his dog earlier.
Back deck through the screened-in porch door.
Jarin's car...icicles give ole man Winter the finger, the middle one is sticking out from the car...
Mysterious footprints in the snow that night...
turned into paw prints on the porch...someones dog came for a visit.
Charlie (left) and Rylie after their grooming...
My hometown newspaper (where my parents live) posted pictures on Facebook of people sliding down the hill on Main St. in front of the fire station. Looked like fun...ha. They closed all the roads there due to the ice. I shared them on Facebook but might get in trouble sharing them here. Hope if you live in the dangerous areas you are safe and warm. Hollie, glad your son and brother made it home safely! My brother and his family live in Atlanta, but thankfully she was off that day and their daughter's school was closed and my brother was home sick...so they didn't get caught in that mess.
Hope all is well in your neck of the woods,
Take care,
Sheila
I posted a few maybe I want get in trouble, o' well. I tried to get the one's i took with my phone, but so for they're still on my phone it isn't sending them to my computer. We still have ice here this morning it's showing on my computer that it's 30 outside now. Love you.
ReplyDeleteOkaaay you can stop dancing now! LOL you and shirl have done enough dancing! Rick needs to go to work so don't slow him down. LOL
ReplyDeleteIt is very pretty though, and isn't it fun to see tracks in fresh snow and do some imagining..
Stay warm, sending love and best wishes from Florida. NOW CLOSE THE DANGED DOOR!!! lol
The coldest morning here someone posted on Facebook people can't go to work or school because of the ice but it didn't stop them from going to the annual Cowboy breakfast. Stay warm, we're a little warmer today and I think in the 70's tomorrow before another cold blast hits us.
ReplyDeleteThat snow dance must have been good for it to come way down here.
