Coming out of the church 28 years ago...
Hubby's Aunt Margaret made this wedding album for us when we married.
What she wrote inside, she passed away when we were still in Mobile.
My main anniversary gift, I've been wanting a juicer. He gave me a beautiful diamond wedding/anniversary band for Christmas and I claim it as part of my anniversary too.
New lumbar pillows we bought for the rocking chairs on the porch. Maybe our ghost will enjoy sitting in them again.
and my pretty Bromeliad he bought me.
His main present was a new golf club...of course...ha. Also ordered him some shoes that they didn't have in his size at the store. We also bought some new silverware/flatware. Our other set seemed to be disappearing. No one claims responsibility so our ghost must be a poltergeist stealing our utensils...ha.
I think I need to get the doggies by this week to get a shorter haircut for summer. Rylie will get spayed on the 4th. I hope everyone has had a great weekend.
Have a great week,
Sheila

What a beautiful couple, and you still are. It sounds like you guys had a great time. I love hearing about continuing marriages, builds faith in this world.
ReplyDeleteI misread, and thought Rylie would be spayed for the fourth time, Imma thinking Rylie is divorcing you guys if somebody cannot get it right. LOL But it was me and I finally got it right. (smile).
Love you guys and continued marriage bliss to you two love birds.
Sherry & Jack

ReplyDeleteCongratulations on 28 years of marriage. That's a big accomplishment. You'll have to plan a big trip for 30 years!
ReplyDeleteIt is amazing how flatware disappears in a household. Specially when I babysat and the kids were home.
