Hi,
Well my youngest daughter 'C' finally decided she wanted to go get her drivers permit. We went Thursday to get it. Effective August 10, 2009 they have to have a form signed by the school that they are enrolled. I checked the website before we went to see what was needed and the form wasn't mentioned. So we had to go back to the school and get the form signed and then go back. But she did walk out with a drivers permit...I am so looking forward to teaching her to drive...yeah right....ha.
My oldest daughter 'J' has a birthday coming up on Monday. So she wanted to go out to eat and to see the new 'Madea' movie with her friends. She and her friends went out to eat first at O'Charleys, then I met them at the movie theater. We had a good time. Hubby had to go to Memphis on Thursday and didn't make it back until about 9:00 last night.
Okay, I'll close for now,
Take care,
Sheila
When I HAD to teach one of my kids to drive it was usually a one time thing and then they would get turned over to their father or in Marty's case, Joe since his dad was dead by that time. I still try to get a brake pedal on the passenger side of the car, even riding with Joe. Have fun, fun, fun.
ReplyDeleteWE have had a lot of rain here in NY also. Yesterday I went out once that was to get an onion out of the hanging basket. LOL
ReplyDeleteI know you can't wait to be the driving instructor. Too bad about the golf, but rain happens!!!
Sounds like you gals had a good time yesterday. I know it is rough to have agood time without one of us big boys along. hahahahaha!!!

You are in for a real treat. So
ReplyDeletejust enjoy. You will probably
have a hole in the right side of the floor. Get your nerves settled before you get in the car.
Be prepared for some tense
moments. It should be fun. Have
a Jolly Good Ole Time.
