Time got away from me....

Cori needed some art supplies from 'Mich@els' a week or so ago and I found me a few fall decorations for the sofa table. She is making clay charms from 'Team Fortress 2', a video game, and selling them on Etsy. Also sent a goody package to the grandsons, the youngest recently turned five. Mama had a birthday too, but she'll have to reveal her age, I'm not getting in trouble...ha.

Last weekend I helped Hubby unpack the boxes in the shed. He found the top to our chiminea packed in one. Thank goodness it didn't get broken.

Poor Rylie had to go get her shots last Friday. She got the 3 year rabies shot this time so she'll be good until 2014.

We had the yard aerated, reseeded and fertilized on the 5th. Hubby watered most of it over the weekend, but luckily we got rain a few days so that should help a lot. His check engine light in his truck has been on for awhile, nothing major, he finally got it fixed. I think he is getting new tires this weekend. It will be time soon for tag renewal and we have to have a car inspection here.

Take care,
Sheila

  2. I love the header every time I see it. Nice Fall stuff. I know mama's age, 39. She is a very pretty lady, and does not look her age that is for sure.

The ONE thing I DO NOT miss about NC is the vehicle inspections. Not for the car, it is just a pain, but the motor home was always a BIG problem, finding a place that could inspect it.
They have statistics that bear it out, the inspections DO NOT inprove safety on the highway. So Why? I am glad Florida done away with them.

Now that I have come to your blog and bitched, I still hope you guys have a great weekend. Nice down here and weather is good.
    Sending love from Florida,
    Sherry & Jack

  5. Welcome back. A bright colorful post. Love your decorations. Our check engine light was on for a long time, Joe put tape on it and it went off. Paula's John and Joe do some strange things, plus they are Bohunk's and I swear as much as they do things alike they must be related. Poor Rylee. I wonder how your mom's dog is since being attacked. I will be visiting her sometime today.

We have been having beautiful weather. We got
a little rain today. Lucy wants to be sure
we will dance for snow in her area. I do
love the snow since we don't get it very often.
