Well, I hope everyone had a good day today.
'C' had and orthodontist appointment today and 'J' had a neurologist appointment. She has been going to a neurologist since 9th grade. She has migraines, she gets them during the night and has no symptoms beforehand that tells one is coming. So a lot of the medicine like Imitrex doesn't work. Last school year was her worst, getting them two then three times a week. But she has only had a few since April and we are thankful for that.
After the orthodontist, we went to Office Max,'C' wanted the Rosetta Stone software that teaches french. Couldn't find it so we went to Target. Didn't have it there either, so she got her a new mouse instead. I got the book 'A tree grows in Brooklyn'. No, I've never read it before, I don't know why. But it will be awhile, I have a few books ahead of it.

I do feel for the daughter that has migraines. They reaLLY had nothing for them when I started having them and now I get very few. I lost the vision in one eye quite often till the headache cleared up on its own. My little GREATgrandaUGHTER HAS PEDIATRIC MIGRAINES AND SHE IS SO YOUNG all they will let her have is ibuprofen. Lucy
ReplyDeleteI sure hate to hear about the Migraines (sp). I hope and pray she grows out of them. Would be wonderful if they could find the reason. I hear they are TERRIBLE! And for one so young to continue to have them. Once our crowd started for San Antonio, and we got a call back, Sonny & Colette's GRand daughter was in the Hospital for Migraines. They missed the trip. Such a terrible thing.

ReplyDeleteAs a matter of fact Sheila, that retarded girl was sitting in the cold but not as bad as it is now. I guess the people that rented the house to them was told by the state they were mentally challenged but could be on their own. I don't think they should be from what I have seen.
