On to other things...Hubby went to the allergist, no allergies to food, nuts or anything he ate that night. No bites or stings from anything. A few minor seasonal allergies to certain trees, grasses and weeds, but nothing out of the ordinary. He's taking meds for that now since that may be contributing to his cough. If the cough continues though I will make him an appointment with an ENT doctor. So the cause to his anaphylaxis shock was because of a preservative in the children's benedryl or no known cause, random. He has an Epipen now. Actually two at work and two here. I threw away the children's benedryl. Hopefully it won't ever happen again.
Cori (my youngest) and I had birthdays in April, me on the 12th her on the 21st. Cori is not much into cake and cards but we get them anyway...ha. Actually she wanted cheese cake so I got that and an ice cream cake. Candles don't stick very well in an ice cream cake... She wanted money for her birthday so that is what she got.
We also got a new rug recently, it is less bright and more muted than it appears in the picture.
Hope all is well in your neck of the woods!
Take care,
Sheila

Those ghost can sure baffle you, can't they? I still have the shaking washing machine once in a while. Pretty cakes and pretty rug. Glad your hubby is okay and hope it stays that way.
ReplyDeleteThe "moving" chair intrigues me. Did you ever bring it inside and see if it moves like it does on the porch?
ReplyDeleteI would have initially never believed in ghosts, but I've had several VERY real experiences in the past - - so now I'm definitely a believer.
Those birthday cakes look so good!
Hi girl! yes I think we had visitors on Easter. The light in the family room went on and off all day. I know it's a touch light and some times when it bad weather it will do this a few times, but on Easter day it wasn't bad weather. Do I believe in Ghost? Not sure. I hope you find what is moving your chair. Love U, mom.
ReplyDeleteOk, I wanna play some kind of game on that rug! (smile). I love those candles and cakes, makes me feel like a BD and I don't want one this soon.
ReplyDeleteIt is amazing that you and Rick have been there about 3 yrs. WOW time does go by.
Hope the man over comes all that stuff. It is frustrating not knowing WHAT, I know.
IT IS A GHOST, BE NICE TO HIM (OR HER). I am not sure if Ghosts have gender! but TRY to be nice to it.
Love ya!!! Hug the man for us and wish him well....
Intrigued by the possibility of a ghost. I agree with Jon move the chair to another location and see what happens there.
ReplyDeleteset up a webcam. watch what happens with the chairs. happy belated Bday yummy cakes!
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear your hubby is doing okay. A ghost ~ they can be a mystery for sure.
ReplyDeleteI hope they can find out what is wrong with your hubs! I love that rug.
