Stay warm...

Hello Folks,

Just so you know, the exercise bike is still in the box in the garage. Probably will be until this weekend. Jack I may be like Shirl and get my exercise by moving it around...ha. It does at least have a couple of wheels on the front so I won't actually have to 'drag' it.

Did anybody see Mobile's Azalea trail maids in the inaugural parade? I finally saw them, but on the station I was watching, they didn't tell who they were. They wore pastel colored hoop skirted gowns and hats. From the top they made me think of Easter colored Hershey's kisses. They are 50 high-achieving young ladies and they looked very pretty.

Everyone stay warm tonight,
Take care,
Sheila

  1. There were so many in the parade. I thought all were really good and it was to bad it ran late, but of course it could not be helped with the health problems of Sen. Kennedy and Bird. I noticed Obama had a repeat of taking his oath. Probably for the best because of all the false rumors during the whole time he was running. Lucy

  2. I love the picture at the top of the journal, easy to picture since it actually froze here in Florida last night.
Get exercise where you can, we normally walk, but that has been stinted for a couple days. Maybe inside exercise!!! LOL
We did not watch the parade, except where the president was concerned. He & Biden walking, I thought that was good, but know the Secret Service was not thrilled(we were at 'Pizza Hut'). I loved the media's turn on the oath, I took a couple oaths where the guy giving the oath went too many sentences, it is tough.
When we got married all I had to say was 'Yes Sir' instead of 'I do' Sherry said 'Yes Sir', too.
TAke care. exercise and stay warm, Jack
