Sorry it has been so long since I've written. I was busy for awhile, I would get online at night to read my blogs, and start falling asleep. Then we went up to see my parents and hubby's parents. When we were driving up to my parents, just before I got to the exit where I get off the interstate, there was a white SUV pulled off the road in the medium of the interstate. As we got closer we could see a guy sitting out in the middle of the medium in a lawn chair sunning himself. Now, I'm not sure why you would pick that spot to work on your suntan....and I couldn't tell, but maybe he had shorts on...ha. I wish I could have gotten a picture but we weren't fast enough.
I got my car on June 20th. It is a Honda Accord EX-L V-6. The color is polished metal metallic (or dark grey) with grey leather interior.
Well I'll go now,
Please keep my Dad in your prayers,
He's been having some medical tests run,
Sheila
Love you new car. It is a beauty.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure you will enjoy driving
around town and showing it off.
Glad you are back. I find myself
getting sleepy after I read my
blogger friends and comment and
then to tired to post. I am busy
also, I am still singing with the
band at Senior Events and Holy Angels. I do volunteer work with
Historic Society. I enjoy it but I get tired and wonder why I still keep on. We have had Weddings, Birthday Partys have a Music Party tomorrow night with about 60 guest. That should be fun.
I will remember your Dad in
prayer and ask God to be with him as he goes through his test.
Shirl
Nice car.
ReplyDeleteI love your blog background theme. Very summery.

Love the car. We have had two Accords. Probably the best cars we have owned. We tow an old Odyssey now.
ReplyDeleteWish you had got the picture of the guy sun bathing in the lawn chair. If he was waiting on AAA he was doing it tight I guess. Probably a Patrolman incognito.
TAke care and have a great fourth.
Sherry and Jack
Love your new car. Trade ya. Mines a 92 Ford Tarus and we will never have another new one. If this goes kaput we will be riding buses. The perks of being retired, yeagh, right. Just call it poor. My prayers are with your dad. He has been through a lot.
ReplyDeleteForgot to say strange place to be sunbathing. Also wanted to mention Shirls deserts. We would have had our choice wouldn't we had we been there.
