My First Born...

My First Born.
Loved the way she had her finger on her chin.
Quilt was made by her Dad's Grandma,
His Mom gave us two.

Hello Everyone,

This is the child that went to Vegas in my tummy...ha. She was born Sept. 14, 1990 at 11:22 pm and she weighed 6 lbs 8 oz.
I think I am going to have to learn a new snow dance...the one I have been using just ain't working...ha. At least some in Alabama got some snow. I know all of you that have been getting hit hard with snow and ice storms will be glad when its all over and spring is here.

My youngest daughter and I have an eye doctor appointment in the morning. She goes every year because she wears contacts but it's been two years for me.

Hubby went to Lowes Sunday to pick up a new ceiling fan for my oldest daughters room. She pulled out the chain that works the fan. She likes to sleep with the fan on like her Dad.

Hope everyone has a great day,
Sheila

  1. When I came back from getting my hair fix this afternoon I saw smoke coming from the front of the neighbors house (the yellow one). Your dad came to the door and I told him to come and see if the house was on fire. A lady on a white truck stopped and got out and rung the door bell didn't anyone answer Mr. Reynolds came over with a broom and was beating it the small bushes beside the house was on fire I grab the water hoes they have by the house we got it put out she was home, but all that time she didn't come out. I saw her out there after the fire department got there. They come to check to make sure it wasn't any under the house. Can't imagine what set the fire. Love you, mom

  2. Precious baby. Yes we are having warm (almost hot) weather. Some nights are cool. We didn't have much cold at all this year. I haven't worn a big coat in several years except when I went to New Youk in Dec. Thank you so much for all your comments.

  4. What a precious Baby. Hope things
turn out OK at the optometrist. I put Dr.'s app. off as long as I can. Jack has two fans in the Condo where I live. Love during the day in the summer. Glad you liked my snow woman. I would like
to make another one but the snow
    is going fast.

  6. Awww, she's a cutie! Well I tried to send the snow your way, sorry it didn't get there. Our ceilings are too low to have ceiling fans but I do have a fan sitting in the floor beside our bed that I turn on when I go to bed with plenty of blankets on the bed to keep warm, ha. Hope you're having a good week.

Save your Snow dance for next year now, don't bring any more of this stuff.LOL
Ceiling fans are a pain!!!! I put them in every house I built, mostly at the buyer's request.
TAke care. And, just keep the baby, what the heck.
