Christmas Concert

Hello again,

We went to 'J's Christmas concert tonight at school. It started at 7pm. The beginner's choir sang first then the Belles, the Voices of Victory and Baker's Dozen. They were all very good. 'J' and her friends went out to eat at CiCi's after the concert. I think I spelled that right. It's a pizza buffet restaurant. The Belles will sing on WPMI channel 15 in the morning at 9am. If they have a link to the video online I will post it.

Well I am still waiting on that snow that was in Mississippi to get here...ha. I guess I didn't do the right snow dance to bring it here. I saw where Beaumont, TX and New Orleans got quite a bit.

I'm going to confess something here...I'm a fan of the View...and I got my winter mug I ordered today in the mail. I know ya'll were hoping for something juicier but that's the best I can do. My Mom reads this blog...ha.

It is mighty chilly and windy outside today. It has blown our new snowman over twice. You'd think a snowman would be used to that kind of weather :)

Okay I think that is enough for now...

Take care,
Sheila

  1. Pretty cool about the snowman. You are doing a good job Sheila. Mom wouldn't be shocked at anything you said, would she!!!!. Lol Sounds like the girls keep you busy at this time of year going to their programs. Do you go to your parents for Christmas or have your own tradition at home? Lucy

  8. Greetings Sheila from a very cold and snowy Alberta Canada. I have sent the "Alberta Clipper" down south much to the chagrin of my American journal friends.
I was talking with a Hertz agent and she was posted in Alabama..I just love your drawl...Like my kin in OK. They think I sound like a Brit. No offense Mort.

    Blessings of the season...

  9. My brother commented on how nice
you entry looked. He doesn't know you cheated he was on a cruise when you confessed to me about you having help. I was feeling so bad because mine is so plain but hopefully I will get there.

    The Christmas sounds good.
