Hello,
Here are a couple of pics of our fireplace. I bought the standing snowman at Sears. We've had the santa on the sled a long time. But this is the first time I put him out at this house and we have been here since July 2005. His lantern on the back of the sled flickers, and he will play music but 'C' says it is annoying...ha. I'll put some more pics on later.
We are getting ready for Christmas here. I probably won't be able to blog much this next week, but I will when I can.
Daughter 'C' 's friend spent the night last night. They had CRT's Thursday and Friday (similar to our semester tests). But they had no tests in their classes today so they got to stay home.
I can hear the video game going now...ha.
Still warm here, it's not raining but the deck was wet this morning so it rained sometime.
I sent my Christmas cards out yesterday...finally.
Been trying to get stuff done before Christmas, but nothing really to blog about.
I'll go now, still have stuff to do.
Just in case I don't make it back on.
I want to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas.
PS. Shirl - I don't think you need to make anymore of those Christmas cookies...ha.

long ago we had a house with a fireplace nd mantle...I made christmas stockings for the whole family...nine of us LOLOL...and bought the little hangers...they had a place for photos...so a pic of each went in there...it was really neat...but we moved...and I haven't had anyplace to put them since...bummer...but I have them all nicely packed away...maybe some day....???? who knows...glad you are getting yourself ready for Christmas...not much more here to do...but would like a bit of snow...all we have gotten is rain...but if it had been snow...we wouldn't be able to get out anywhere LOL...Merry Christmas...hugs...Ora in KY
